Catering in New York City

One catering team. Five boroughs. Restaurant-quality execution at any venue in the city.

New York City Events Deserve More Than Catering

New York City is not one event market — it is five distinct ones, each with its own venue inventory, logistical realities, culinary traditions, and client expectations. A Manhattan rooftop launch operates differently from a Brooklyn warehouse wedding, which operates differently from a Queens cultural
celebration or a Riverdale estate gala. Selene Catering is structured to operate fluently across all of them.

Why NYC clients choose Selene

Five-borough operational fluency

Manhattan loading docks, Brooklyn warehouse builds, Queens multi-cultural service, Bronx estate logistics, Staten Island destination overnight setups — we run all five with the same standard.

Restaurant-grade kitchens, anywhere

Our chefs come from New York’s leading restaurants. We carry our own mobile kitchens, refrigeration and equipment so we can plate a 300-seat dinner anywhere from Hudson Yards to Hunts Point

Vendor consolidation

Rentals, staffing, beverage, dietary handling, dessert, late-night, breakfast-out — handled internally so your event team works with one project lead, not a dozen vendors.

Decade of NYC institutional knowledge

Building staff, doormen, freight elevators, fire marshals, neighborhood permits, union load-in windows— the operational fabric of New York events is something we know by feel, not by guesswork
