Mimosa & Brunch Bar
The signature daytime bar. Champagne, prosecco, and fresh-pressed juices — orange, grapefruit, peach, pomegranate — with garnish service. Ideal for bridal showers, baby showers, and corporate brunches.
Espresso Martini Bar
The signature late-night moment. Made-to-order espresso martinis with rotating spirit selection — vodka, rum, mezcal — and dessert pairings. Perfect for closing weddings, galas, and milestone celebrations.
Signature Cocktail Program
Custom cocktails designed around the occasion — the bride's favorite spirit, the company's brand colors, the cause being celebrated. Our bar team designs, names, and crafts each drink for your event.

Bar Consultation
A 30-minute call to scope your event, discuss spirit preferences, and design custom signature cocktails for your occasion.
Cocktail Tasting
For events of $5,000+ we host a private cocktail tasting at our bar so you can refine your signature drinks before the night.

Bar Program Questions
What's your bartender-to-guest ratio?
Standard staffing is one licensed bartender per 50 guests for open bar packages, ensuring no guest waits more than a few minutes for a drink. For galas, premium events, and high-volume cocktail receptions, we staff 1:35 or higher. Final staffing is confirmed during your bar consultation.
Do you provide the liquor, or do we?
We provide all liquor, wine, beer, mixers, and garnishes for every package — sourced through our licensed NYC distributor partners. For clients who want to provide their own alcohol (often for venue-specific reasons), we offer reduced bar service rates with bartender, setup, and breakdown only.
Can you create custom signature cocktails?
Yes — custom signature cocktails are included in our Standard and Premium packages, and available as add-ons for House Spirit packages. Our bar team designs drinks around your story: the bride's favorite spirit, a couple's first-date cocktail, a company's brand colors, or the season of your event.
Do you handle alcohol licensing and insurance?
Yes. All our bartenders are TIPS-certified and fully licensed to serve in New York State. We carry full liquor liability insurance and provide certificates of insurance to your venue on request. We handle all alcohol-related licensing for our events — you handle the celebration.
What if our venue requires a specific liquor vendor?
Many NYC venues have preferred-vendor lists or in-house liquor requirements. We work with these constraints regularly — we can provide bar service (bartenders, setup, signature cocktail design) without supplying the alcohol, or coordinate directly with your venue's preferred vendor.
Can we mix bar package tiers?
Absolutely. We frequently build hybrid bar programs — Premium spirits for cocktail hour, Standard for dinner service, or a dedicated Espresso Martini Bar layered onto a Standard open bar. Tell us the experience you want and we'll design the right mix.
Do you offer mocktails and non-alcoholic options?
Yes — every bar package includes a curated non-alcoholic program at no extra cost. Crafted mocktails, fresh-pressed juices, N/A beer, sparkling waters, and a non-alcoholic version of every signature cocktail we design. We take sober and zero-proof guests as seriously as we take everyone else.
Do you cater outside of New York City?
Yes. We serve all five NYC boroughs, plus Long Island, Westchester County, the Hudson Valley, and northern New Jersey. Out-of-region events are considered case-by-case with travel and licensing logistics discussed during your consultation.
